About breathwork
What if you already possess the most powerful tool for mental change? Breathing is much more than an automatic function of the body; it is a tool that directly influences our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. By consciously bringing attention to our breath, we can create a profound impact on our stress response, energy levels, and unresolved emotions.
Our breath is directly connected to the nervous system. Slow and conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting relaxation and recovery. This helps to reduce the body’s natural stress response.
The nervous system is also where emotions are stored. Breathwork offers an effective way to process these emotions by directly influencing the nervous system and the body. Through breathwork and somatic exercise, you can release stuck emotions, reduce tension, and experience more calm in both body and mind. It helps you to accept emotions and process them in a natural and liberating way, without suppressing or avoiding them.
About systemic coaching
Systemic coaching focuses on the patterns and dynamics that operate beneath the surface of your life. Much of what you feel, think, or do has its roots in the system you grew up in: your family, relationships, past experiences, and the way you learned to take your place.
In a systemic session, we explore what is influencing you in the background. Without judgment, but with attention to what may be stuck or what is asking to be seen. By gaining insight into these patterns, more space, calm, and freedom of choice can emerge.
Systemic coaching can support you when you:
Find yourself in the same situations or emotions repeatedly
Struggle with boundaries, loyalty, or responsibility
Feel stuck in relationships, work, or recurring themes
Experience tension without fully understanding its origin
Feel a need for clarity, direction, or a stronger sense of self
About family constellations and table constellations
Constellations make visible what is happening beneath the surface of your life. Instead of only talking about a situation, we physically place it in the room or on a table. This creates a clear picture of the relationships, tensions, loyalties, or patterns at play — often much clearer than words can capture.
A constellation shows where your place is, where movement is possible, and which dynamics are influencing you. It provides insight into recurring themes, stuck situations, or emotions that feel heavier than you can explain.
Constellations help you to:
Recognise and break patterns
Gain clarity and overview in complex situations
Better sense boundaries and responsibility
Let go of what is not yours
Experience more space and direction
